Cancellation and Refund Policy
We at Sundarban Tourism Hub understand that plans can change due to any unforeseen reasons therefore, we have established a 100% transparent cancellation policy for good experience. Please adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notification:
- In case of cancellation, we must be informed via email and phone. The cancellation charges will be calculated effective from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
- Cancellation Charges:
- 100% of the tour cost will be charged 7 days before the date of travel.
- 75% of the tour cost will be charged between 8 to 15 days before the date of travel.
- 50% of the tour cost will be charged between 15 to 30 days before the date of travel.
- 100% of the tour cost will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 30 days before the date of travel.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
- Processing Fees:
- A processing fee may be charged from the refund amount as operational cost/service charge. The exact processing fee amount will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- Partial Refunds:
- In case of partial refunds, the refundable amount will be adjusted based on the cancellation charges mentioned above.
- No-Shows:
- In case of a No-Show, no refund will be provided.
- Change Requests:
- Date changes are subject to availability, the team can ask for extra charges for the change request that will be communicated to you at time of date change.
